Threat Response Solutions (trsdirect.com) A good resource for instructional videos emphasizing the reality of “the war in the street” mindset. Their marketing can be a bit shrill but many of their products are quite sound. Keep in mind our bias, as they do handle some of our products as well. Their 90 day unconditional guarantee is unique in the business and makes test purchases of unknown talent feel a bit more of a safe bet. Paladin Press (Paladin-press.com) An excellent resource for an exceptionally wide array of products. They have titles ranging from survival manuals to martial arts, Viking swordsmanship, to boxing. Always worth a browse. Also they handle several of our releases so I am quite partial to them. For what it’s worth, I find everyone I’ve been involved with at Paladin to be quite respectful and a pleasure to work with. I add this last observation for anyone who looks over their inventory and wonders what sort of people supply such products. As it turns out, it’s good people. Tracks (startupsports.com) A publishing entity that specializes in how-to manuals for a variety of sports. They are all quite well done; I am very impressed by the boxing titles. There is bias here again, as Tracks releases many of our titles. Ringside Boxing (ringside.com) THE resource for boxing equipment. Excellent inventory, excellent product and unlike Everlast which doesn’t live up to its name, Ringside products have got legs. Their equipment lasts and lasts. Knowledge Products (knowledgeproducts.net) A company specializing in audio lectures in a variety of fields from Philosophy and Religion to Science, History, Economics, Political Thought to Investing. Prices are very reasonable, the presentation is top-notch, and the information is invaluable. Excellent resource for the eternally curious. Amazon.com It is sometimes advisable when not training to read a book. Can’t think of anything to read? Browse the largest bookstore on the planet. HealthCentral.com A wonderful resource for checking out those nagging training injuries and to see if there is a particular home therapy that may be of use. aardvarc.org A clearinghouse site linking sexual abuse sites, domestic violence sites, child abuse sites, and practically any other victim’s aid organizations you can think of. Mitch Thomas is a lifelong friend, a monster wrestler (266 pounds!!!), and an astonishingly fast and creative artist with this bit of equipment. Must-see stuff. I highly recommend a visit. Bob Pace Boxing An outstanding resource for old and new school fight films and tons of other boxing memorabilia. Rich Swete runs a fine wrestling club in Mississippi. Give him a look-see. Alliance Martial Arts An excellent Western Martial Arts site. Give them a visit. The Urban Warrior A very good resource for street-oriented material. Chad Dailey's club is staffed and populated by good people with a pure love for the game. When in Indianapolis give them a visit. your-krav-maga-expert.com An informative site run by Moshe Katz-a gentleman's gentleman. Warringtonjiu-jitsu.com Tony Tamburrino's place in Warrington, Pa. is a big, beautiful facility with high-speed, low-drag squared away instruction.
