THE DVD MATRIX

STRIKING DVDs

To assist you in making an informed purchase we offer the following suggestions for material consumption.

1. For an all-encompassing dirty-boxing, NHB/street-ready striking base we would guide you towards The Complete Pugilist as your foundation resource to be supplemented with ABC's of NHB Vol. 1 and Armor Plated, in that order of consumption.  This product matrix supersedes Extreme Boxing and Illegal Boxing.

2. For those seeking a solid foundation in the basics of pugilism but who have no desire to move to the advanced level, we suggest the following order of consumption:  Extreme Boxing, ABC's of NHB Vol. 1, Armor Plated, and Illegal Boxing.

A few suggestions for consuming our grappling instruction.

1. Floor Bag, although title as a workout DVD (which it can be), is our foundational primer on position, riding, and pinning.  All other material presumes that you have a grasp of the fundamentals and drills found here.

2. If Floor Bag is the root of the tree, The Complete Grappler is the trunk of the tree.  All of our other grappling/submission material (RAWs included) branch from this root and trunk system.

3. With the aforementioned two products in hand, you can plunge into any of our other submission DVDs with no problem and be ready to move at full-speed.  All of the RAW/Submission DVDs are presented in chain-grappling fashion to build fluidity and elevated call-and-response reactions.
